Originally from Orange County, California, Paul has called Utah home since 1993 — and over the past three decades, he’s built deep roots in the community. His journey into real estate came naturally: after investing in properties himself, Paul developed a desire to help friends and family do the same — building wealth through smart purchases and long-term strategy.

Before becoming a full-time agent, Paul spent 22 years running his own successful business, Advanced Collision Repair in Orem. That experience taught him the value of client relationships, creative problem-solving, and staying calm under pressure — all skills he brings into every transaction.

Paul has a natural eye for architecture and design, but it’s the people side of real estate that lights him up most. He loves hearing his clients’ stories, building genuine friendships, and helping them reach goals that change their lives.

Whether working in luxury, commercial, or residential, Paul’s approach is calm, confident, and solutions-focused. He’s assertive when needed, patient when it matters, and always driven to find the right path forward. His years of experience working with the public make him comfortable in just about any situation — and his clients can feel that from day one.

Outside of real estate, Paul is a proud father of five and a grandpa to three, a lifelong health enthusiast, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner of 26 years, and a self-described car nut who never passes up a good road trip. Utah’s mountains, deserts, and endless outdoor adventure keep him inspired — and so do the people.
