About Casey Bowen

Casey Bowen brings a unique perspective to real estate, combining experience in construction, development, design, and sales to help clients make confident decisions about one of the most important investments of their lives.

Born and raised in Utah, Casey has lived in many communities across the Wasatch Front, including West Jordan, South Jordan, Riverton, Herriman, Sandy, Lehi, Provo, and Alpine. Growing up in a family that moved frequently gave him a firsthand understanding of Utah’s neighborhoods, growth, and housing markets. Although he has also lived in Las Vegas and Rock Springs, Wyoming, Utah has always been home.

Casey’s passion for real estate began early when his father built custom homes during his childhood. That experience sparked a lifelong interest in housing, design, and development. He later earned a degree in Construction Management from Brigham Young University and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Utah.

Licensed since 2003, Casey’s career has always centered around housing. In addition to helping clients buy and sell homes, he has designed and built homes and contributed to the development of apartment communities that have provided housing for more than 1,000 families.

Casey specializes in new construction and luxury family homes, bringing valuable insight into how homes are designed, built, and evaluated. His broad experience allows him to help clients understand both the lifestyle and financial aspects of every property.

Known for his calm and supportive approach, Casey serves as a trusted guide for his clients throughout the process. He is passionate about helping families create stable homes where they can build memories, grow roots, and invest in their future.

Outside of real estate, Casey enjoys spending time with his family, staying active outdoors, working out, going out to dinner with friends, and enjoying a well-crafted old-fashioned and supporting youth through coaching and community involvement.
