About Carey Stokes

Originally from Maryland, Carey has lived all across the U.S. and even spent time in Europe before making Utah his home in April 2025. He’s fallen in love with the people, the sense of community, and the balance of faith, family, and nature that define life here in Utah.

Carey’s journey into real estate began with a deep appreciation for homes and transformation. What started with fix-and-flips quickly evolved into a full-fledged passion for helping others find the perfect place to call home. With years of experience in both buying, selling, and property management, spanning long-term rentals and short-term Airbnb and VRBOs, Carey brings a well-rounded perspective to every transaction.

Before real estate, Carey owned a boutique printing business focused on newsstand and specialty publications, where he honed his creativity, attention to detail, and client service; all of which carry seamlessly into his work today.

What Carey loves most about real estate is the people. He thrives on building relationships, hearing each client’s story, and guiding them confidently through the process from start to finish. Whether helping a first-time buyer feel at ease, supporting a seller through a seamless sale, or reimagining a property through renovation, Carey’s calm, friendly, and dedicated approach ensures a positive experience every time.

His background in home renovations gives clients a unique advantage; he can help them see hidden potential, estimate improvements, and envision what’s possible. For Carey, it’s not just about closing deals; it’s about creating win-win outcomes and celebrating success together.

Outside of real estate, Carey is a proud father to an incredible son, a talented artist, and one of the fastest drone pilots in the world. He’s passionate about sports, the outdoors, and giving back to his community and church. From coaching youth sports for over a decade to serving as an assistant youth pastor and leading mission-style trips to Peru and South Dakota, Carey’s heart for people and service runs deep.
