About Alex Mehraban

Alex is a strategic marketing leader with over 15-years of experience driving growth, brand development, and operational performance across real estate, property management, agency, aviation, and education sectors. She specializes in digital advertising, lease-up strategy, and business development, known for combining data-driven insights with strong creative execution.

Her career began more than two decades ago in business development and financial accounting before shifting in 2011 to focus on brand marketing, design, and photography. She has since led multi-channel campaigns, built scalable marketing systems, and directed teams across large portfolios and multi-state operations.

Originally from northern Colorado, she moved to Utah in 2005 after completing a degree in computer networking and now splits her time between Utah and northern California. Outside of work, she enjoys birding and black and white photography, follows hockey closely, and values time with her family of four. She also has a strong interest in history and independent research into alternative perspectives and lesser known narratives.
