About Aaron Blanchard

Originally from Las Vegas, Aaron moved to Utah in 2017 and quickly found a place he was proud to call home. After enlisting in the Utah Army National Guard and starting a family, Aaron developed a deep appreciation for Utah’s strong sense of community, safety, and family-centered values.

Aaron’s passion for real estate grew from his desire to serve others. While in the Army, he became committed to helping fellow service members understand and use their benefits, especially the VA loan. After purchasing his own home with a VA loan, Aaron felt called to help veterans, first-time buyers, and families realize that homeownership is possible.

Alongside his real estate career, Aaron currently serves as an All-Source Intelligence Analyst in the Army National Guard. Before real estate, he worked as a registered nurse caring for cancer patients in both chemotherapy infusion and the ICU. These diverse roles shaped his calm, steady approach, strong advocacy and critical thinking skills, and ability to navigate complex situations with confidence and care, qualities he now brings to every real estate transaction.

What Aaron loves most about real estate is guiding people through meaningful transitions. He matches his clients’ energy, moving quickly when needed or slowing things down to ensure clarity and comfort. Aaron specializes in working with veterans, healthcare professionals, first-time buyers, first responders, and new construction clients.

Outside of real estate, Aaron enjoys hiking, powerlifting, Dungeons & Dragons, and spending time with his dogs, Bjørn and Leia. A lifelong Star Wars and Lord of the Rings fan, he values connection, teamwork, and community.
